These adverts are ideal for anyone who is unsure how successful an advert here
will be.
This advert is free unless you get some interest. I.e. if someone requests a
viewing of your property, this is the time you have to decide whether to upgrade
and pay for your advert, or to just remove it. Upgrades cost from
£59.95
These adverts are not meant to be a free way to sell your house, however, they
do make it free to market your property up until you get some interest. After
that, the choice is yours.
Our Budget adverts offer basic details of up to 250 characters (about 60 words)
and one photo. They do not go up immediately as they have to be checked by our
staff.
The photograph will display in 300 x 300 pixels size (compared to 600 x 600 for
our deluxe adverts).

Creating a
new budget advert at our site is as easy as pie. You do not have to
register, just start inserting your property details. You don't even have to
have your photo ready, you can add that later. We even do

quick solution, if you really want to get more enquiries (contacts) and
ultimately viewings, you really need a feature advert.
At the end of the day, there's not a lot of point trying to sell your property
if you do not market it properly and getting more enquiries results in a better
price so it almost always pays off.

Whats the Catch?

Of course there are restrictions with this advert, however, we feel it still
offers great value for money.

|

- You cannot put your telephone number, email address, web site or any other way
of contacting you in your advert.
- Your advert description is limited to 255 characters
- Your advert may take a few days to appear as it has to be checked
- You will only be listed at this web site, not any of the portal web sites.
- You will need to upgrade your advert if you receive an enquiry.

|
You will be able to edit your advert at any time to change vital details like
price. Your advert will also have a Contact Vendor link to enable our visitors
to contact you via email and arrange a viewing.
When someone shows an interest in your property, you will be contacted by us to
let you know. You will then be asked to upgrade your advert to our
Extra Detail type ( currently
£59.95
) so you can respond to the enquirer. Of course, if you do not receive any
enquiries, there is no need to pay a penny, also, if by the time the enquiry
comes in, your property is sold, you can remove your advert, again, without it
costing you anything!
